Timothy K. Peterson, AIA
President Emeritus

Given Tim's family background, it would be surprising if he hadn’t become involved in the construction and design industry in some way. Having had both his father and grandfather involved in the building industry, Tim grew up with a “hammer in his hand” - construction and design are second nature to him.

As a result of Tim’s international travel early in his work career, sustainability and energy efficient design have been foundational principles from the inception of the company.  Tim has provided services to a multitude of project types including electric and telephone cooperatives, auto dealerships, church design, residential, elderly housing, industrial, retail, and other commercial buildings.
