Steve is a principal architect and co-owner of ADG. He instills in the firm an atmosphere where the focus and design philosophy centers around the client.
Prior to ADG, Steve served as a Senior Principal and Director of Architecture for a national consulting firm. During his tenure, he started the firm’s architectural practice and grew it to include over 50 staff members in eight offices spanning from Michigan to Colorado.
In addition to his guidance for the ADG team, Steve is co-founder of the nationally recognized emergency service facilities studio, Five Bugles Design, and as such has demonstrated exceptional skills in directing most of the company’s complex Emergency Service Facilities and Governmental projects.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from North Dakota State University, Fargo, and has held registration in 12 states.
With his wife and 2 dogs, Steve resides on a farm just outside Eau Claire, WI where he raises grapes, builds wooden boats, and crafts custom furniture.
