Project Size: 23, 500 SF three-story renovation
ADG is completing a three-story renovation at a facility formally housing a monastery on the outskirts of Eau Claire. The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Foundation purchased this property and is renovating the facility in phases for additional program and activity space for the university. Phase I was to convert a classroom area of the complex to provide new and reconfigured classroom space for the UW Eau Claire Child Care Center. The renovation included a new HVAC system, the addition of a fire suppression system as well as complete renovation of the electrical system, and new bathrooms. The project began programming in February 2012 with occupancy in mid-June 2012. Phase II (reconfiguration to dormitory facilities) is currently in construction and will be completed September 2015.
